At by Parra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all by Parra labels and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
